1. Mold

This process determines the disposable plastic cup's quality. The mold quality depends on it's precision, material and structure etc. The high precision mold have long life.

Design a mold with 8 cavities and full hot runner for a 11.3-gram disposable plastic cup. During the mold opening and closing process, 8 complete, hard and highly transparent disposable plastic cups were completed. The cycle time is only 6.5-7.5s.

2. Injection molding machine

We have matched a 320-ton high-speed injection molding machine for the mold. The machine and the mold work perfectly together, achieving high speed.

The industrial chiller and the cooling water tower are indispensable auxiliary equipment. Of course, other auxiliary equipment can also be added, such as auto-loader, crusher and mixer.

3. 3-Axis Servo High Speed Manipulator

In order to save labor and improve efficiency, we choose a 3-Axis Servo High Speed Manipulator to join our production team.

It's installed on the injection molding machine for grab disposable plastic cup automatically. The manipulator including the device for picking up.

When the mold is opened, it will simultaneously pick up 8 plastic cups and neatly place them on the conveyor belt.

4. Conveyor Belt

Placing a conveyor belt beside on the injection molding machine for more automatic about the whole process. The conveyor belt will stationary when loaded and automatically conveyed when full, and the height can be adjusted for easier operation.
