1. Mold

This process determines the plastic bucket’s quality. The mold quality depends on it's precision, material and structure etc. The high precision mold have long life. Our mold life can reach about 3 million shots.

Design a mold with 2 cavities and full hot runner for a 1L plastic bucket. The main steel of mold material is Baosteel 718H, and the slider is imported S136. During the mold opening and closing process, two smooth, lightweight and high-strength plastic buckets were injection-molded and then picked out by the robotic hand. The cycle time is only 15s.

2. High Speed Injection molding machine

We have matched the plastic bucket mold to one of our 320-ton high-speed injection molding machines. Our machine is designed to operate at high speeds, which significantly enhances the efficiency of the production process. The seamless compatibility between the machine and the mold allows for precise and consistent results, ensuring that each product meets the required specifications.

3. In-mold labeling manipulator

The in-mold labeling manipulator installed on the machine for grab bucket and put the labeling paper into the mold automatically. And the labeling speed can be adjusted according to the speed of the mold and injection molding machine.

When the injection molding process was completed, the label paper had been perfectly adhered to the plastic bucket.

4. Conveyor Belt

Placing a conveyor belt beside on the injection molding machine for more automatic about the whole process. The conveyor belt will stationary when loaded and automatically conveyed when full, and the height can be adjusted for easier operation.
